Rivendell Villas is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 5-Star, fully equipped house.
3 Queen bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 sIngles.
A cot is available.
• A 50% deposit will be required on confirmation and the balance paid 7 days prior to arrival date. A cancellation fee of the initial 50% will be enforced if the booking is cancelled within 4 weeks or less from the arrival date.
• A $400 bond also will be required 7 days prior to arrival date and will be returned within 7 days of departure once Villa 6 has been cleaned and checked. Deductions will be made for damage and / or missing items that occur during your stay. .
• Normal wear and tear and accidental breakage will not be charged.
